Chef Varud from Plano (Texas) met with San Sebastian Greeter Eva and started the morning off by visiting the Bretxa Market where the secret to the success of our food largely lies in seasonal produce with farmers and stalls offering produce directly sourced from the countryside. They later also visited the San Martin Market. Varud & Eva made time for quick stopover in a Bar in Gros where pic was taken before they headed back to their parting point.
